I purchased Microsoft Office Pro from Dell along with my new laptop. The laptop had an icon on the desktop for me to click on and download Microsoft Office Pro I decided to download the 32 bit version of Office. Unfortunately I am running into a problem that I do not have enough memory to load all my Excel spreadsheets to process with my macros. On my old laptop running Windows 7 and Excel I had plenty of memory available to load the spreadsheets all at once to process but now I can’t.
I have 16GBs of memory on my new computer as opposed to 8GBs on my old computer so I am being restricted from loading the spreadsheets because of the 32 bit version of Excel I am using now. Is there some way I can download the 64 bit version of Office to install and uninstall the 32 bit version and activate the 64 bit version with the license key I have to use Office ?
