My database which is on a server has come up with this inconsistent state error and I clicked OK. All the information seems to be there however one record has in all the fields and so does its contemporary record in the table.

While corruption cannot be ruled out in any configuration, you should at least use best practices to try to avoid it, and running a split database is the first step. So do it today.
